Today I got up and went to ethics, where the professor lectured on virtual reality. After that, I Skyped my family before lunch. Then we had our next to last thermo class, after which I went back to the apartments and took the night off. I’m excited because tomorrow I get to relive the first half of the semester where I never had to get up before it was time to go to lunch. It seems so long ago, but the real distance isn’t in time, but rather in the amount of things that we’ve done and the amount of physical distance we’ve covered since Spring Festival.
This afternoon, because it was such a nice day, Lauren and I went to Ferris Wheel Park, the small amusement park next to Times Square. Although we'd both been there before, we didn't get to ride the ferris wheel. So today we rode it. The ride took half an hour, and provided some great views of Suzhou and the scenery around Jinji Lake. It was a lot of fun.
